Northern New England Westie Rescue was founded in February 2011 to rescue White West Highland Terriers, Scottish Terriers, Cairn Terriers and other dogs from the horrific conditions in midwestern puppy mills. We are a completely volunteer organization with 100% of our donations going to support dog rescue
